The company has grown significantly over the years. In 1997, it expanded to Ontario and the Maritimes, working with clients such as Neptunus Yachts, PDQ Yachts, Doral Boats and Cape Horn. In 2005, it turned to exporting, serving New England boat manufacturers such as Sabre Corporation, Back Cove Yachts, Hinckley Yachts and Eastern Boats.

In 2009, Mr. Rolland Trudel acquired the company and launched a major modernization with the introduction of new digital technologies. Under his leadership, the company grew from two to four plants and invested in robots, laser cutting machines, digital machining centers, innovative polishing systems and state-of-the-art management tools.

In 2019, Mr. William Trudel, the son of Mr. Rolland Trudel, became a minority shareholder and plans to play a key role in the future of the company founded by his uncle 38 years earlier.

Since May 2024, Mr. Rolland Trudel has retired. Mr. William Trudel has become a majority shareholder, while his sister, Ms. Shanny Trudel, has joined the company as a minority shareholder. That same year, the company diversified its markets, aiming to strengthen its position and open up new growth opportunities.
